He simply understood the secret of modern business: Find solutions to existing problems.

Aadit Palicha from India has achieved business success in a short period of time and surprised many people.

Aadit Palicha and his friend Kaivalya Vohra launched a home delivery company called Zepto in mid-2021.

They promise that their service will deliver any vegetables you need within 10 minutes.

The Zepto company, which is now valued at one billion dollars, has been described as the fastest growing in India.

Palicha and his friend Vohra started working on a business plan during the Covid-19 pandemic. They lived in Mumbai, India.

"Because of the restrictions imposed due to Covid-19, it was difficult for people to get the necessities. Most of the regular shops were closed, while the online ones took days to deliver the service to homes," Palicha told the BBC.

He said that when he and his friend saw the current problem, it appeared as a business opportunity.

"We saw our neighbors having a lot of problems in getting vegetables and other services, then we had an idea to create a company that can quickly deliver the services they need, and that's how it started with Zepto," said Palicha.

Unlike other companies, Zepto promises its customers that their order will be delivered within 10 minutes.

"We have signed an agreement with many stores in the country, and we deliver their services to customers within 10 minutes," Palicha told the BBC.

When a customer logs into the Zepto app, they are presented with a variety of products, and it immediately connects the customer with the nearest store that holds their order.

The stores are specially trained for this task, and the order is prepared and delivered to the person in no more than 10 minutes.

"We have employees who know the roads very well and can reach the houses that send orders in a very short time," said Palicha.

Before starting the Zepto company, Palicha and his friend tested the opportunities and challenges that might come against them, and then proceeded to implement the business.

Zepto currently operates in major cities in India, employing more than a thousand office workers and around ten thousand home delivery people.

Palicha insists that their company cannot yet be described as successful.

"The truth is that we cannot now declare that the company has reached the highest level of success. "As long as we become a profitable company with public ownership, we will be careful to claim success," said the 20-year-old multi-millionaire.
